Returns Policy
1. No Returns on Custom-Made Items
All custom-made items, including letter jackets and patches, are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error in the production of the item.
2. Reporting Production Errors
If you receive an item that was made incorrectly or does not meet the specifications provided in your order, you must report the issue within 30 business days of receiving the item. To report an error, please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
3. Resolution of Production Errors
If your claim is validated, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the incorrect item to be sent to your home or requested address. Once we receive the item, we will correct the error and return it to you promptly.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as production will have begun. If your order was placed under a special production timeline at your request, cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed.
5. Special Production Times
Orders with special production requests may have different terms regarding cancellations. Please refer to your order confirmation for details.
Shipping
1. Estimated Shipping Times for Patches
Our standard estimated shipping time for patches is 5 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. However, many orders are completed and shipped sooner.
2. Delays Due to New Artwork
If your order includes requests for new artwork or custom designs, this may extend the delivery time by up to 2 additional weeks. We will communicate expected delays and keep you updated on progress.
3. Shipping Notifications & Status
Shipping notifications and tracking details may not be autimatically provided. They can be requested If you need an estimated ship date and have not received a recent update, please email office@mecasportswear.net and include your order number. When items are shipped to a residence, they will be shipped USPS mail or UPS ground. No tracking number will be provided. If shipping to a business or school, items may be shipped via FedEx or similar priority service.
4. Expedited Production Requests
If you require an earlier delivery than the estimated timeframe, please contact us to discuss expedited production options. Additional fees may apply, and availability depends on current production capacity.

Shipping times for letter jackets vary based on season and order volume. For group orders, the estimated shipping time is typically 8 to 10 weeks from the order confirmation date.
2. Seasonal Variations
Shipping times may be extended during our busiest seasons (March–June and September–December). We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
3. Shipping Location
Most letter jackets are shipped directly to your school. If an alternative delivery address is required, please specify this during the order process.
4. Order Updates
